when Naruto learned controlling 9-tails he accidentally teleported a bit...this proves that he still has to learn teleportation...and Minato is already a teleporter so he is of-course faster than Naruto now...

The only time he ever used the kyuubi's power and sm at the same time was against Pein. He's never used them simultaneously again. It wouldn't do much anyway considering both modes do the exact same thing.

actually if he could combine the two modes simultaneously while gathering in kyuubi mode this would actually increase his speed,strength,tai,gen, and everything else to a far greater level given that his kyuubi mode is already strong

The kyuubi hasn't taken any chakra from Naruto since he started using km and that's stated in the previous chapter. Both modes essentially do the same exact thing for Naruto so I think it's pretty pointless to combine them.

Yes he can. He has Sage mode and Kyuubi mode. He combines those two and he could break Sasuke with one punch.

I thought Naruto was unable to combine Sage and Kyuubi Mode. And I don't think even if he did combine the two he would be able to break Sasuke in one punch.

Yes. I believe you're talking about the speed Naruto used to punch Kisame? That was indeed base speed. Naruto can't teleport.

Can you link me to said chapter and page? I don't recall Naruto ever teleporting (I mean to be honest I know he never teleported, but just curious as to where you got that information), and I was comparing Naruto to Minato's speed without his FTG

Did you hear Sasuke's bones cracking in the fight at Final valley? Naruto is many times stronger than he was back then if Tsunade and Sakura can break bones than Naruto certainly can break Sasuke easily.
