i don't think they should be called sannin, as they are far beyond the power of their teachers. at least naruto and sasuke anyways. sakura is more or less the exact same as tsunade. for the people saying their teamwork is not as good as the sannin, i wouldn't say that. sasuke was an *******, but he and naruto worked exceptionally well together. even minato commented on how well they worked together, if i recall correctly. naruto and sakura also worked well together as they spent the most time as a team, while sasuke was off doing his thing.

for the guy that said that they are the strongest ninja of their generation, i can't fully agree with that. naruto and sasuke yes, even before they got their rikudo upgrades they were miles ahead of everybody. although sakura had some great medical jutsu and great strength, their are other ninja of their generation that would smash her. neji would have easily smashed sakura, as well as lee, and shikamaru. i could make a case for a few other ninja's as well.

As a matter of fact it is, one can even argue that although very harsh and unnecessary, he did that genjutsu for her own good.

Sakura never managed to live up to Tsuande's legacy.

Tsunade helped heavily in the wars she participated in, while Sakura hardly did a thing in the one and only war she fought in. Sure, she found out about Zetsu, but no one really cares about the medics, given not a single relevant character was being healed, so nothing would have happened had they continued to be killed for a few more days....and yeah, that Kaguya plot-hole punch thing too. It's there, but Certainly not enough to be praised and hailed as a hero to the extent Tsunade was.

Tsunade created the medic nin system, saved Lee's career, saved Naruto's ability to fap, saved the Gokage, and created the body derangement ability.

Sakura's only ever done basic Mystic Palm techs and even more basic CPR.

Honestly Sakura can get the title of Sannin, it doesn't even matter anymore.

Naruto and Sasuke overshadow her to the point where she looks like the odd one out. Imo, I still prefer Tsunade > Sakura in every category.
