However Itachi are the only ninja that we can record,that potentially godly with his yata mirror ,totsuka blade,ka,tsukyomi etc.Itachi had end up dying in the end but Sasuke remain alive and possess his powers alongs with his own powers (which we have not seen yet) .Orichimaru Said Sasuke have not display/reach his full power on the battlefield and he will surpass Madara.So Sasuke with his natural power will be on So6p level when he display all his powers against Madara.

Kurama is a mass of chakra, his chakra influenced the whiskers, it's more that Naruto adapted to the chakra since he didn't show any other features except when he was using Kurama's chakra. no proof of orochimarus drugs this is an assumption.
taking eyes yes using itachi jutsu no.
he can reach level of sage of 6 paths since he is descendant of his and has half the m,aterial eyes yin/spiritual and chakra so he needs yang and hes pretty much there.
the sages powers werent natural either they were the result of his mom stealing the fruit and gaining power. otherwise the sage would have been a normal child.
