Do you think Kishimoto want Sasuke to become S06P level naturally?

I am not bashing any character but from viewing the story ever ninja that become God like require some DNA modification /Enchancement by some method.Madara get Senju dna,Obito get rinnegan and senju dna,Orichimaru get experiment dna power,Naruto get kurama,danzo get senju and uchiha eyes,Kabuto get dna from other ninja etc.

However Itachi are the only ninja that we can record,that potentially godly with his yata mirror ,totsuka blade,ka,tsukyomi etc.Itachi had end up dying in the end but Sasuke remain alive and possess his powers alongs with his own powers (which we have not seen yet) .Orichimaru Said Sasuke have not display/reach his full power on the battlefield and he will surpass Madara.So Sasuke with his natural power will be on So6p level when he display all his powers against Madara.

Unless you have the juubi you zero chance of being on the same level as the sage. And the sage is the combination of senju and uchiha, uchiha's dna alone can't surpass or equals that. @ best he surpass ems madara.

No,MS doesnt give you disease that makes you cough blood like you had Pneumonia or

DNA modication is alteration of genes. there isnt any alteration they are brothers they inherit from the same parents there genes would be pretty much the same. a transplant doesnt modify your genes.

Nope, Sasuke has no chance to become like the Sage of 6 Paths, without Senju DNA and the Juubi.

[The Paradox]

The two characters are meant to rival each other in ideals and strength. In the beginning of the manga it's clearly shown. Sasuke wants to become a ninja to revive his clan and kill off Itachi, he wants to gain power for his own personal goals. Naruto wants to become a ninja so people will notice him, he wants to gain power to be the best Hokage (Which in turn means he has to self-sacrifice a lot for other people). Now, in the early days before the chunnin exam, it showed two opposites working together and they were able to pull off some good combos considering they were pretty fresh out of the academy.

Kishi loves to repeat things to teach you lessons, so I doubt one will be miles above the other as far as raw strength goes. Knowledge and spirit however, who can say at this point?
