However base on Manga facts ,Sasuke have change the normal expectancy of Indra descendent hatred.Sasuk humbly listen to his brother alongside Hashirama or edo hokage for advice.A typical Indra descendent with the power of hatred will Join Madara and Obito side inorder to cleanse the world of hatred but Sasuke did not.Sasuke was merciful to Ashura descendent by sparing Naruto on numerous occasion in the manga.

I finally understand why Hagaromo said that he will not longer forget indra generation in the past .This make me believe Hagaromo was observing Sasuke progress ,all along (since Hagaromo is a time traveler) to make this statement.

As a result,Hagaromo give Sasuke the jubi eye in his dominant side of his body rather than a typical rinnegan (like Madara).So the jubi eye was Hagaromo gift to Sasuke for his good deeds.

Naruto have not really get anything extral from a typical Ashura generation,because ashura had tail beast powers in the past and also rely on other shinobi

From jubi eyes hype,he should be able to do all ninjutsu and genjutsu and other sharingan jutsu but we have to wait and see

There's is nothing like any kind of favor among the two... Both are equal, Sage handed over Naruto his power to change the world and gave Sasuke his power as a redemption sign that he always favored Ashura over Indra...

Sasuke gotten senjutsu (hence black chidori ) which allow him to hit Madara,he also have the jubi eyes on his dominant side ,yin release power and natural rinnegan ( from hashirama dna) which we have not seen yet on other other side of his eye

The biju's inside of Naruto didnt come from Hagoromo himself, we are only counting the powerups both Sasuke and Naruto recieved from Hagoromo himself, not via outside methods
