I've been wondering. Like yeah, Luffy payed respects to Ace & Whitebeard who died in the war prior to time-skip but it wasn't directly to an statue or shrine of some sort ya know? Just a crack in the ground....

So what are your thoughts that in the future this happens? :

Luffy does enjoy exploring and maybe he'll decide to make a quick stop and pay his respects with his crew before or after meeting with the rest of the Whitebeard Pirates remnants. ​

omg, cant elieve i didnt notice that. I dont think he can blink though , but somehow his eyes shorten to indicate he is angry so....
