He's the one who summoned Madara, afterall. Maybe he has some unfinished business..

If Kabuto revives Itachi, and Itachi freed Nagato, then it could be Nagato ready to revive Sasuke. Oh wait, dead corpses can't revive :C

Not many of the other options make sense.

1.) Kabuto
2.) Jugo (Kishi has done this before, using a weird angle to create a non-cliffhanger)
3.) Obito (Makes sense but is unlikely)

Agreed. Just because he "accepted his fate" and escaped the loop doesn't make him an ally. Plus he is back to the power level he had prior to Oro's death. I hope he's there to collect his compensation: Sasuke.

My thoughts on it: yes. And he brought the poison against Hashi-cells with him to assist in Madara's downfall. He created this poison for this purpose, I believe.
