No, intelligent people just have higher standards of happiness. They put themselves at higher levels with higher morals and therefore suffer. Also, dumb people give smart people headaches.

As for some geniuses, they usually suffer a mental illness because their brains are different. Their brain might absorb information faster but lack in other areas. There are many autistic geniuses out there.
