Naruto has no controll over the Eye so he cannot just simply give it away, That eye only activates when it Sees itachis Ms, so unless there are others out there with itachis eyes it would be kind of useless

he will go blind bcuz that is the eye of an uchiha and as long as the mangekyou is used you'll go blind. even kakashi told that to itachi and how do u think he would know the side effevts well bcuz hes also being affected slowly

sasuke has itachi's eyes now... and i believe that with his kyuubi chalkra mode... the eye will regenerate quicker...

dude a sharingan is a sharingan it doesnt matter as long as kakashi gets the ems he might even get extra abilities

I think that would be really cool except then Kakashi wouldn't be able to choose when to conserve chakra, he would constantly be draining himself during battle. Right? Sometimes he closes his saringan eye to conserve his strength and chakra.
