Do you find any faults in Naruto Uzumaki?

And nobody is perfect. Not even main character. I would find a perfect character boring.

He is great but in the first episodes, especially when he fought Neji and Kiba, I got pissed because of his unlimited chakra always saving him. He says he would never give up but the other shinobi probably cannot make such a statement. When they fully run out of chakra, they are done for.

Naruto can never lose and he never lost to anyone. It would be better if he really had flaws and could lose badly. Ok, he lost against Sasuke but it was always more a tie than fully being beaten. It's because he doesn't give up, no matter what, but hey, he doesn't have to. Kurama will always save him with his chakra. Especially when he fought the other kids of Konoha, I found that unfair. I really almost cried because of Neji and Kiba. Kiba deserved to win. But at least the outcome changed them, especially Neji. That was good. Same with Gaara.

What I love about Naruto is that he never talks down to people. He protects everyone so yeah, it's probably only fair that he has such stamina and endless chakra. If he misused it for power, he would be one hell of a bad guy.

I feel Naruto as a main character is a great choice. It shows the struggle of a ninja who was an outcast to everyone, but one day found himself to gain the respect of others. Do you find any faults in Naruto's character?

My biggest problem with Naruto is that he always has the power to change people. I kind of feel he harasses people with his talk-no-jutsu.

Second, i find his abilities to be less impressive by himself without Kurama, except Sage Mode.

Third, One affinity? Why can't you have a second one like Fire Style or Water Style?

Fourth, Why do you mess up finding love in a blind person that can't see that you're worthy as a person. Go find someone else aka Hinata Hyuga.

Fifth, Make better decisions for youself. Don't cause yourself so much pain.

Sixth, Understand other people. Sometimes you don't get them.

Seventh, Where did the hyperactive knucklehead go to?

Well this is my list. Don't get me wrong. I don't hate Naruto as a character. I just wanted to pinpoint the faults that i find in him. He is a great main character, but i feel that his pontential wasn't use to it's fullest.

Naruto has many imperfections, but if you say, no one can be totally perfect. But it is also that he is more emo and gay(lol fanboys ) than any other character.

Why Emotional ?

- Crying in middle of battle, letting his emotions interfere his decisions, which one shinobi MUST never.
- Making battle a long drawn story telling show. Who tells more great painful story wins.
- Crying to get a boy back to village, thinking about him 24 X 7, even someone would not do to that limits bring his parents back, moreover, he didn't want to come back.
- Baaahhh.....i cannot do it.....Kurama, please help he

Why Gay ?

- Neglect that girl who loves him the most.
- Be in love with a bitch who loves another guy.
- He loves Sasuke!!! even Sasuke didn't want him, hates Naruto, wants to drag him back to village for no reason............
- Kisses Sasuke (ok, i know thats accidental, just jokin )

Aren't Uzumaki's descendant's from the Senju? They possess high chakra and have powerful seals. The only thing is that Naruto don't have is wood style in his arsenal or healing properties. I don't think Senju would fit well with his name. Naruto Senju vs Sasuke Uchiha? That just doesn't sound right. I wish he had his father's last name.[/QU

Naruto does have healing properties. His wounds heal over short periods of time no hands signs are needed!!!!...what show r u watching again????

I think Naruto makes a good main character, but i do agree that he is overly obsessed with sasuke.
And concerning his love life, id love to see him be with Hinata(which would also piss Sakua off and make her realize she shoulda took the chance to be with him)
Also, yea he needs more jutsu, if not a second affinity. i kinda do grow tired of the rasenspam jutsu lol.

Every character will have flaws, that is the case with anything man-made. I could come up with just as many things for other main characters. The screen time thing is a bit annoying but what you gonna do? :shrug:

I think the main thing to appreciate is that all of those things are irrelevant if Kishi is saying what he wants to say through Naruto. Kishi has clearly pushed the ideas of perseverance and friendship through Naruto, and this is all evident through what has happened. As long as these ideas stay ingrained in Naruto's character, then Naruto is doing his job as the main character as he is illustrating the messages Kishi is trying to put forward.

1.His TNJ is the most attractive jutsu I found in him,and I totally like it.

2.Yep,but I'm not bothered with it. I mean,Madara is less impressive without his clan. Kisame is less impressive without his samehada. Someone is less impressive without thing in him,obvious,isn't it?

3.I don't see it as a problem,water style etc are way too common.

4.He's not good in love stuff,that's normal. Not everyone is good about love.

5.Naruto's personality is kinda clumsy etc,so it's obvious he can't really make a good decision. Plus,in being like that (not being able to make the best decision),we can learn the moral value from it. Sooner or later he will be matured and from that,we can learn how to make the best decision. That's what most hero in manga stands for.

7.He's about 17 years old (16maybe) now,are you expecting him to be 13 year old boy forever?

8.My best friend loves Sasuke a lot (but I don't). Whenever Sasuke didn't show up,she was all like "my honey Sasuke wasn't there" etc. And I heard that everytime Sasuke has not shown up. From that,I know Sasuke wasn't shown for quite a long time. Plus,I believe Kishi also wants to show Sasuke's development. His path will affect the story line.

I don't like how much of a goody goody he is with his optimism because it gets to the point of naivety sometimes. And yeah he went from being a guy that hates Sasuke to someone who is ready to get the shit beat out of them by someone else passively for his sake. And right after getting his ass kicked, he finds out Sasuke just tried to murder the girl he loves. Does that make him angry and regret defending him? No, he's ****ing happy to see him again even though Sasuke is like "Why are you obsessed over me you weirdo? I'm ah kill you and everyone you care about!"

His skillset gets repetitive and I don't like the instant power boost he gets but to his credit, he is at least likeable. I was into Bleach for awhile and I never really like Ichigo much because he was an arrogant ass and wasn't that nice. Naruto needs to stop having a boner for Sasuke, treat Hinata with a little more affection because she would die for him, and he'd be ok in my book.

Actually Naruto knew Sasuke since they were little kids. And well, Naruto is stubborn, so he's not going to give up on one of the first who acknowledged him.
