Until i see some feats , he doesn't have DMS , he has his arms but haven't seen shit from him, he only has edos I guess he is because of that , but Kabuto is stronger than him .

He does not have control of Tobirama. All he can do is paralyze Tobirama at will. That would in fact hinder Orochimaru in his fights. If he does have Mokuton, which he shouldn't due to the white Zetsu not being able to use it, he is top 10.
