Do you consider current Orochimaru top 10?

Since he has his arms back which gives him his jutsus an , a immortal Zetsu body with Moukton and control over Minato, Tobirama and Hiruzen with Edo.
What do you guys think?
Also would you think it's possible for him to be the final villain or do you think he has actually turned over a new leaf?

the ONLY edo Orochimaru used in battle and controlled were 39% Hashirama / Tobirama

he hasn't used new Edo Tobirama , Hashirama , Sarutobi, Minato yet... he only summoned them..

and let them do as they please... so this new edo summoning trio doesn't count. yet... ^_^

Orochimaru is still weak against genjutsu I guess.... um... he's still a top shinobi... idk where to put him..
