I don't think Hashirama will play a role, but I can see Obito screwing Madara over one last time then allowing Naruto and Sasuke to defeat him.

U remember how Obito was about to lose to the influence of the Juubi and lost control of his body???
That's how I envision Madara's death. Him becoming slag after the Juubi erupts from his corpse
