What I know, Naruto injured Madara's Limbo and that's it. Don't know whether the injuries transferred back to real Madara or not when the Limbo clone returned to his body.

I am not a fan of Madara, but I have to agree with Limbo Hengoku being the strongest jutsu in the manga.
