Well it seems more likely he will get a perfect susanoo as a power up to contest with BM Naruto, and at least that makes more sence than the rinnegan. Also it would just be cheapend after its been given to 3 people (Madara, Tobi and Nagato) all of whome are all way to OP. It would just unbalance the Naruto/Sasuke scale.

idr he used to be the guy that was at the top of his class and had mad skills. Plus everytime he would fight in the old days he always busted out sum cool move that made u go "awww thats was awesome". but nowdays its just the same shit in every fight (you could relate his new fighting style to an online match on mortal kombat 9 lol)

Personaly I think Kishi has gotten carried away with all the crazy power ups, I really miss the old tactial ninja battles back when charcters didn't just spam the same moves If sasuke got another power up that he would be able to spam I think I would lose all hope for the serise...
