Yes, I believe he is more powerful. The reasoning is simple.
-Hashirama was powerful, but is only hailed for his ability to control tailed-beasts and as first hokage.
-The Second created Edo Tensei.
-The Third, Sarutobi, fought the First, Second and Orochimaru all at once. He managed to successfully defeat both the First and Second, showing he is more powerful than both, and managed to remove Orochimaru's ability to use jutsus temporarily. He also reveared the 4th to be a once in a life time ninja of extraordinary power and intellect. He lived when the First, Second and Fourth were all alive(not all together). He wouldn't have said Minato was a once in a life time ninja if Hashirama was more powerful, otherwise, Hasirama would have had that title instead. He was also terrified of Orochimaru summoning the 4th. Luckily enough, the Shinigami was preventing Orochimaru from being able to resurrect Minato.
-The Fourth, Minato, successfully defeated Madara without recieving a scratch on himself and stopped the 9-tailed fox out of pure strategy, strength and will. Hashirama was only able to do that with his ability to control the fox. So in other words, the fox was docile when it was sealed by Hashirama's wife since it was under control. The fox had full conciousness, full power and nothing was constricting it's power when Minato sealed it with one of it's finger's stabbed right through his abdomen.
Overall, Minato was by far more powerful then Hashirama.
Ur new so let me help u out. Ok ems= Itachi's powers since he took Itachi's eyes. This means a sasoonu with an ultimate defense and it can seal u in a sec, and now Sasuke also has new powers because of the EMS, more chakra and no blindness. SO ya sasuke cud definitely win.
Just because someone is new to the site doesn't mean they are new to the manga. Also, it appears your the new one to the manga since everything you said was completely wrong. Since your new by the looks of it, let me help you out.
Susanoo (that's how it's spelled first off) cannot seal anyone. Let me repeat that last part, it CANNOT SEAL ANYONE. What we saw in the battle between Itachi and Sasuke was the Sword of Kusanagi. That sword was what sealed away Orochimaru, not Susanoo. Only Itachi had that sword since he found it and gave it to his Susanoo. Since Itachi is dead, that sword either returned to it's hiding place or is lost forever. Also, no, Sasuke will NOT inherit Itachi's powers. There's not even any proof that Sasuke can even use Susanoo anymore with EMS.
Second, EMS does NOT give you more chakra. Chakra isn't something you can just gain with new eyes. The eyes may use less chakra, but most likely, it will use more.
Third, EMS may not make you go blind, but it's still the eyes of the demons. There has to be a contract of some sort that goes with the eyes. For using it's power, Sasuke has to sacrifice something else. The something else could be the number of years he has to live since the eyes are considerably more powerful.
