3.defeated madara although mada used the kyubi

minato is stronger, why?
1.one of the fastest ninja in narutoverse (when it comes to a battle between skilled shinobi's speed ALWAYS wins)
2.it has been stated many times 4th was unrivaled
3. the say many times the next generation surpasses the previous by that theory 2nd>1st>3rd>4th (u could argue tsunade..but she was chosed by default)

...now to ur points yes 1st had wood KG, n thats is the reason he was able to supress the tailed beasts so that really isnt a measure of strength.
we dont know what type of powers madara had...so far he hasnt shown anyt of the MS abilities (if tobi reali is madara). also madara and 1st were rivals, i.e equal grounds...as far as we know minato had no rivals meaning no1 could keep up with him.
as far as feats, again yes 1st has wood element but 4th had his own jutsus as well..ftg, rasengan, drs

its been stated that minato was the strongest at least two times but i believe these were before we knew about Hashirama fighting the 9 tails and madara except minato died because funny enough didnt have wood control so he couldnt control the 9 tails like hashirama and tbh he probabaly is one of the most haxxed people on naruto FTG and dead reaper seal + fastest in naruto?Its pathetic hes not unbeatable as anyone who has teleporting or extremely strong wide range ninjutsu attacks(Nagato and Madara) has a chance but if he gets you its over.

I think the first is the strongest but the yellow flash is more dangerous. You can't get away from someone that can teleport past ever thing and any thing and get right to you. No matter how powerful you are that is super dangerous. The more dangerous people for the 4th are those that even if he was close there skin is like steel or something. Like Oro boy that Garra fault. Other wise he can still beat them even if they are supper powerful.

This actually just sums it up to be honest. the first is more powerful, but the minato is more dangerous.

1. We havn't seen his kekkai genkai in action yet.
2.Yes, he had them, but he could only do that by using his wood and the crystal necklace to come them down into his submision; while minato (somewhat) fought it.
3. We don't know what happened in the battle and madara claims he lost on purpose.
4. He was taught by Jiraiya, who was taught by the 3rd.
5. Minato is considired the strongest hokage.

In the battle with oro and the 3rd, Hashirama didn't show anything amazing.
