So while Itachi trained, mastered the Sharingan, became the Captin of ANBU, went on so many missions his family hardly ever saw him, took out his entire clan except for one; Kabuto pumped Oro juice into himself. I can totally see how Kabuto worked harder to become great and Itachi didn't.

Kabuto didn't train, he infected himself with Oro juice. His sage mode is some ninja STI.

You're totally ignoring what Kabuto went through as well. Kabuto was spying for Root, part of ANBU. He killed his only family member, who wasn't even related to him. I think that would be worse. You don't see your mother for maybe 5-8 years, she attacks you and you are forced to kill her. Do you remember when Kabuto fought on equal footing with Tsunade, a SANNIN? Kabuto was already extremely skilled and intelligent, and the "oro juice" turned him into a god-like power monster. And I never said Itachi wasn't great, so you have to put words in my mouth to win arguments? Thanks for the compliment at the end! I guess we're friends now, right?

And we see it in his current fight. i mean he sealed away his eyes for petes sake and still was caught in genjutsu. Kill multiple family members is better than killing your ONLY family member. She was the only person in the whole world who was there for Kabuto, and he had to kill her.
