[Discussion] Do people hate Hunter x Hunter because..

Do people hate Hunter x Hunter because you have to be intellectually smart to understand the plot sometimes for example, the Dark Continent arc. I find it that people tend to not understand the story, and the morals because the story is hard to understand. Thus I came to a conclusion on why people hate Hunter x Hunter.

Reasons why people hate HxH
>It's either that^ (What I said above)
>people just hate Togashi for going on hiatus.
>Chapter takes about 15 minutes to understand (people don't like a lot of info)
>People like simple series

I just hate the inconsistency in the releases. It's not that complex, really, there is just a lot of ground to cover which leads to a lot of dialogue and exposition. I like that about HxH, keeps me engaged. Luckily I've picked up Magi recently and it's similar in that aspect, so I've found a decent substitute but HxH is still the GOAT shonen

The manga poor art style is what pushes people away from it. I find it stupid to judge a manga by the art style honestly, cause after all you're there to read the story. If HxH was a book I would've read that shit even without pictures.............
