Do people even know how FAST the Susanoo is?

Ok then, They "defended" against the attack. Kakashi had time to activate Ms, Place his S/T barriers and warp the arrow.
Danzo had enough time to See the incoming attack and redirect the arrow.

The arrow is the fastest attack susanoo has, But it's not even in top 3.

I do think you're over-hyping its speed a bit. The top speedsters can still avoid it. Susano'o arrow in particular should be given credit though. Danzo was forced to use Mokuton because 3 hand seals wouldn't be fast enough to save him from such an attack. Kakashi in term used Kamui to save his own life. But Kabuto, with his extremely boosted Sage perception WAS able to avoid it without a powerful jutsu. Now this feat was by no means indicated to be casual. It was surprising that Kabuto was able to dodge something at that speed: proof of his capabilities in Sage Mode.

I never said it couldn't be avoided. I said it is among the fastest things in existence. Of course there are people who can dodge it with speed alone.

When did Kakashi dodge it? Kakashi had to use his last resort jutsu and warp the arrow away with his eye at the last second. Without Kamui, he was a dead man.

Danzo didn't dodge it either, he tanked the attack with Mokuton.

In both cases, Susanoo was too fast for them to move.

Maybe to fast for them to move but what about faster characters like Lee and guy that being said susanoo speed just got pushed to 5th .
onooki probly has a good chance of dodging since he can fly at fast speeds alone and also kabuto lets not forget so that moves susanoos speed down to 6 or 7
Also gaaras sand which gaaras not known for moving around but his sand could be fast enough to defend

Sasuke crushing danzo shouldn't be up there anyone can crush things that doens't prove speed, and as for sasuke's susanoo ofc the attacks are fast he uses a bow and arrow. Not that im saying susanoo is slow im just saying that its not as fast as you hype it up to be. You said the only thing faster is " Yondaime Raikage's full speed" even though Minato, Naruto, and maybe rock lee, and guy sensai can probably dodge its attacks, Nagato hasn't really shown any speed feats, so i'm not surprised he wasn't able to dodge Itachi's susanoo and even if Nagato was fast he didn't see the arrow coming. But again I'm not saying susanoo isn't fast im just saying its not as fast as you hype it up to be.

Nagato was completely controlled by kabuto and no where near full strength. Kabuto didn't even know all nagatos move
For u to say it matches the raikage u should also explain how kabuto was able to avoid 2 susanoo

I disagree with what you said, Nagato may have been controlled by Kabuto but he was definitely at full strength, if not greater. He had an immortal body with unlimited chakra, how is that not full strength? His only weakness' was his lack of mobility,and that Kabuto was controlling him so he couldnt react off of instinct.

To the OP:Its not that fast, but it can be summoned near instantaneously.
