Do people even know how FAST the Susanoo is?

Nagato didn't have to dodge it. If he had even seen it coming, he could have Shinra Tensei'd the attack and deflected the Totsuka away. It was so fast, that he didn't even realize it until after he got stabbed.

It doesn't matter if you can feel the attack coming, if it was almost instant as you claim he wouldn't of been able to dodge it so easily.

Like Lee said to sasuke, it doesn't matter if you see the move (or "feel" it in this case) Unless you body can react to what you see/feel it's useless.

susanoos attack speed isnt top 3 in the NV, but its activation is probably top 5 (up there with kamui, 8 gates, BM, ama, kirin)

He still dogde it and he dodged with his eyes closed

When did Kakashi dodge it? Kakashi had to use his last resort jutsu and warp the arrow away with his eye at the last second. Without Kamui, he was a dead man.

Danzo didn't dodge it either, he tanked the attack with Mokuton.

In both cases, Susanoo was too fast for them to move.

lol You make it seem as if activating the portal takes Kakashi hours to do. Kakashi did it in less than a second since it was certain death if he hadn't. Afterwards, he couldn't even run because of the strain.

Danzo barely saw it coming, he knew Sasuke was aiming for his landing. He used Mokuton and exerted most of his chakra to avoid getting impaled.

I do think you're over-hyping its speed a bit. The top speedsters can still avoid it. Susano'o arrow in particular should be given credit though. Danzo was forced to use Mokuton because 3 hand seals wouldn't be fast enough to save him from such an attack. Kakashi in term used Kamui to save his own life. But Kabuto, with his extremely boosted Sage perception WAS able to avoid it without a powerful jutsu. Now this feat was by no means indicated to be casual. It was surprising that Kabuto was able to dodge something at that speed: proof of his capabilities in Sage Mode.
