[Question] Do I Automatically Get It?

Well I want to make a Kushimaru Kariarare Bio, but I have one question before I do. The Restrictions say

Restrictions:

- Only Kushimaru Kuriarare bio's can wield Nuibari.
- Kushimaru bio's can be made at all times.

So I was wondering. Do I start off with the Nuibari? and if I do does that also mean I start off with this?

Since it's an ability/jutsu for the sword, which you also automatically get.

But you can't use it yet because it's an A-rank and you're only Chuunin.

Yeah they are right. You can make the bio at any time but must be of Jounin rank or higher to use A rank jutsus so you would need at least 1050 posts to use that jutsu.

As said before that bio can be made at all times, which by default means you need to have at least 50 posts (absolute minimum requirement for any bio). However to use that tech you need to be at least of jounin rank. Normally everything has to be learned, however there aren't many Kushimaru bio's, let alone someone who could teach it and it's only one tech, so you get it by default pretty much in this case.
