If you seen the recent chapter. you seen 5 arrancars who CLEARLY DIED CAME BACK. Halberd is back. WTF!. they didnt kill Aizen but sealed him.the only person we DID see them kill was Ulq, the guy with the eye patch,and tousen. and barragan. Other then that. what? Seems like huge gashes and cuts through the heart dont mean nothing in bleach.. SO! i came up with an asumption. Giin is also alive. If ppl can live in bleach with the strongest zank (CC and them 3 girls) then ill be damned if gin cant survive a small count wound

Since Halibel is alive I expected Starke to be too but if that was the case he would have ruled Hueco Mundo as the strongest. Since he didn't, I don't see him coming back

Hallows, Arrancar, and Spirits are, technically, already dead. This does not apply, however, to Shinigami and Vaizard, to whom birth can be given, namely Ichigo.

Before these guys came in and took over Halibel ruled, remember the period from Ichigo losing his powers to fullbring arc was around 16 months (might be slightly wrong) in which time Halibel ruled. She was third strongest espada but since Barragan dies and lets assume Starke died then she became top dog.

However, you might be right in that Starke is alive but he doesn't want to rule and is still living on his own. I would personally like to see him since he didn't across that well against Kyoraku and Ukitake imo.
