Im sorry but your forgetting this is a manga not real life. Maybe kishimoto made rules for matching dna in naruto different from reality. So therefore dont be surprised at the fact it said 100% instead of 50%. Hey we see people having eyeballs instantly taken out in a few panels so why would anything else in naruto make sense?

he knew it was there so it's not like she magically got it out of nowhere, that would raise questions out of Suigetsu. If Sakura was the mom then how would Karin get Salada's cord? You think she just walked into Konoha, bypassing the barrier sensor, guards, and wasn't seen by anyone? How would she even know Sakura was pregnant?

Naruto being the only one to actually notice Salada and Suigetsu missing while the actual father doesn't makes him dense? You have nothing supporting your claim that Suigetsu have no medical knowledge is based on nothing, he worked with Orochimaru for 12 years; Kabuto's medical knowledge improved from working with Orochimaru for many years. Suigetsu knowing how to do the test is him having medical knowledge so stop making baseless assumptions. Also Salada already said there were no record of her birth in Konoha

My advice is for people not to jump on the DNA bandwagon and not to take things for granted, why ?

What have we learned from Kishimoto that was proved to be wrong ?

5) Black Zetsu was irrelevant.
6) The cycle of hatred was a fight for power.
