Suigetsu said that the Dna was a match, meaning that it was Sarada umbilical cord, that Karin so happened to acquire.

Nothing said that she shared Karins DNA.

Karin somehow acquire the cord, Sarada's level of medical knowledge is questionable at this point , and suigetsu and. Naruto have none. So of course they don't know what they are doing, suigetsu just know how to test DNA , that is all.

No the umbilical cord is the child's DNA. It's stems from the fetus . Yes the child has 23 of the mothers chromosomes in its DNA, but there is no way of testing that DNA without the mother's DNS being present , this chapter proved nothing

Doubtful, if that was the case Sakura's eggs would be fine, her womb would be damaged beyond repair, which is highly impossible due to her regeneration powers. A woman is born with vast amounts of eggs, they aren't made like sperm, so there is no likely hood this her being sterile. And I think she would've trusted someone else with the responsibility of carying her child, tsunade( maybe ) , shizune , he'll even her own mother of old enough.

This is actually the only scenario I can think of that can justify this while maintaining the dignity of their marriage.

Otherwise Sasuke was unfaithful. (or Karin stole his DNA and made her own baby but this is extremely far-fetched, almost impossible.)

The DNA test confirms she is Karin's daughter, there's no way around that, you are looking too much into specifics if you try to say otherwise, this was the buildup of the whole chapter with some pretty dramatic panels, something like this is no troll.
