If Stamina isn't restricted and the fight goes to Susanoo Im favoring Kakashi simply because his Susanoo is built around S/T techs.

Realistically I believe Sasuke can defeat Kakashi before he can even spawn susanoo but it all depends on Kakashi stamina to constantly phase in and out of Kamui land because even with Dual MS. Sasuke is still WAY faster and reactive than Kakashi.

Jutsu are objects they occupy a point in space, I don't remember if it's a filler or not but Sasuke swapped with his Susanoo arrow to generate momentum.

He also swapped his chidori with a kunai when Momoshiki tried to absorb the raikiri.
