Yeah but he can add Kamui power to the Raikeri and use it with his PS's hand or its sword which would make its attacks unstoppable.

I'm guessing that didn't happen due to not enough chakra, but give him some hashi cells and he would've been fine, he would've dominated just about anyone

Yeas Kamui Raikeri costs more chakra than regular Raikeri but that doesn't mean Kakashi doesn't have the enough chakra for it .

Sasuke didn't use Biju PS in the Boruto movie but he did use the same Susanoo he use in VOTE2 and in the Boruto movie that didn't require bijuu so obviously it's not a bijuu PS.

I stop responding because it becomes a waste of time to repeat our opinions over and over.. if I can't change your mind and I can't change yours, then it would be a never ending cycle especially since to manga facts can be proven on who wins..
