I changed my mind, it can go either way with the Manda II summoning. Still, Kabuto just is simply not fast enough to escape the blast radius of C3 or C2 homing missiles. Sensing is useless if you don't have speed to back it up. The analogy with the Susano'o arrow is irrelevant since the Susanoo arrow affects an area of about a square foot when te blast radius from the bombs is much, much greater.

Deidara can just blast through it with a bomb, then follow it up with a second bomb to nuke Kabuto. Or the intense heat caused by explosions will undo Muki Tensei, just like Amaterasu did
