Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil
Note: Must be activated to use Gentle Fist (Jyuken)
Note: Cannot be blinded by matter, chakra, light or energy

With no movement Hiryu activates his byakugan before quickly molding his chakra and stomping the ground that cause a tremor strong to cause fractures to rip thru ground before causing the fragments of earth to be forced to rise from the ground causing you to lose your balance from the tremor before the rock formations rise and deal blunt damage to you. Immediately after activating the jutsu, Hiryu molds chakra to his soles causing them to glow a blue hue before allowing him to jump to extreme heights at an 45 degree angle before releasing 6tagged kunai before following with a wall like blast of two simultaneous air palms with both hands down upon you not only propelling the tagged kunai but also to prevent you from jumping away.

Description: A much stronger variant of the Eight Trigrams Empty Palm. It can be performed in 2 different ways: 2 gentle fist users attack alongside each other, using the normal Empty Palm technique, each sending a wave of chakra from their palms with great force, which combines into one huge single blunt burst of chakra or, by using both hands, the user is able to produce the same effect by using the Empty Palm technique twice, one for each hand at the same time. Similar to a large wind technique, this attack was strong enough to push back one of the arms of the Jubi and works by using the chakra to push the air outwards in a blunt wall-like blast.

Sulfuras

Description: Sulfuras is the legendary war hammer made from the combination of various metals extracted from the molten lava from the volcano within the very depths of Iwagakure.

Sulfuras is a heavy hammer about 3 feet in length and contains several flame shaped designs all over its body. In spite of its heaviness, the user can handle it pretty much like handling a light weapon because of his continuous training with this hammer for a very long time.
Sulfuras has a hammer-head from which several sharp spikes project outwards symmetrically. The weight of the head end and the handle is exactly the same which allows the user to handle it with ease.

The head end of the hammer is primarily used for most of the attacks and the handle is covered with a thick insulated material for better grip. Though Sulfuras is primarily meant to be used for producing severe blunt damage, because of the several sharp symmetrical projections on its head it can also inflict penetrating damage (up to few centimeters) while during an attack and the penetration by the spikes on its head helps in converting the entirety of the blunt force generated into a tearing force on contact with the opponents.

Sulfuras is usually carried strapped to the user's back with the handle upwards so that it can be taken out relatively with ease in a combat.
Abilities:

• Sulfuras can be used a basic blunt weapon like an ordinary hammer but because of the spikes on its head, Sulfuras is also capable of producing penetrating injury along with blunt force injury which converts the blunt force attack into a tearing force when it comes in contact with the opponent's body.
• Sulfuras being made from a combination of metals obtained from the volcano naturally has high thermal storage capacity and it can be heated to higher temperatures quickly without itself becoming molten.
• The Sulfuras is capable of utilizing fire chakra and raw chakra from the user.
• The user can channel his fire chakra into the hammer head via the handle and can heat up the hammer head up to 300 degree Celsius. This makes the hammer head and part of the handle glow with a faint orange-yellow glow. This heated up hammer head can be used to attack the opponents to produce severe third degree burns on hit. The only purpose of channeling fire chakra is just to produce severe burns on contact and channeling fire chakra doesn't enhance the force of the attack in anyway. The insulated handle of the hammer protects the user from thermal damage from handling the hot Sulfuras.
• While not channeling his fire chakra, the user can channel his raw chakra through Sulfuras and store it within the hammer head, which can be released rapidly from its head end just at the moment of its contact with the target to produce a blunt damage which is equivalent to the damage caused by B rank taijutsu and can break down defenses up to B rank.
• This raw chakra channeled Sulfuras can also be hammered forcefully on to the ground which sends tremors, rises up dirt and causes several cracks which progressively increase in size as it progresses forwards to develop on the ground in front of it up to mid range into which the opponents may get trapped. This attack is equivalent to C rank and affects the opponent only when he is standing over the ground. This attack can throw the opponent off their balance and the opponent's legs may get trapped in the fissures produced by the attack if the opponent is standing on the ground.

Restrictions:

• Sulfuras is indestructible.
• Sulfuras can only be wielded by me (-Jiraiya-).
• The user can channel his fire chakra into Sulfuras up to 4 times per battle. The user channels his fire chakra which heats up the hammer head in the same turn and the heat lasts for another 2 turns without the need of continuous channeling of fire chakra.
• The channeling of fire chakra to heat up the hammer head in the initial turn counts as a move.
• The user can channel his raw chakra through Sulfuras and utilize it for attack only 5 times per battle and each attack utilizing raw chakra counts as user's move.
• The user cannot channel his fire chakra or raw chakra into Sulfuras in the same turn.
• The user cannot perform any hand seals while wielding Sulfuras but can use jutsus which require no hand seals.

As Jiraiya entered the field, looking at the opponent he could easily tell his opponent is a member of the fabled Hyuga clan just by looking at his white eyes without pupils on them.

" It's been a very long time since I have fought a Hyuga...
Well let me check it up for myself whether the Hyuga clan still lives up to its fame...! O_< "​

As Jiraiya's speech was a bit mocking and may even taunted Hiryu a bit, Jiraiya could feel that his opponent is not just a push over as Jiraiya is not the type of person who judges a book by its cover...! Also Jiraiya realized that using any sneak attacks are meaningless before the all seeing byakugan.

Soon, Jiraiya notices that Hiryu activates his byakugan as evidenced by the vein bulge over Hiryu's temporal region and stomps on the ground. Immediately after Hiryu's action, Jiraiya could feel the tremors coursing through the ground.

Deducing that Hiryu has used an earth jutsu, Jiraiya quickly focuses his water chakra and creates a pillar of water beneath his own feet which rises him 3 meters above the ground before the ground starts to split. The water in the pillar acts akin to shock absorber and prevents the tremors from reaching Jiraiya.

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and then they create water to rise up from the ground beneath the target lifting them into the air.

As Jiraiya rises above the ground, he notices Hiryu jumping up towards him with a blue chakra glow on his feet while reaching and taking out his explosive tag kunais.

On seeing that Jiraiya could figure out that the explosive tag may be just a diversion seeing the blue glow in Hiryu's feet and his action of jumping towards(Jiraiya) in the direction of his own explosive kunai instead of moving away from them to avoid from taking damage makes Jiraiya's suspicion even more stronger that Hiryu plans something in the cover of the explosive tags.

So with the intention of preventing explosive fire damage to himself from that considerable number of explosive tag kunais and knowing that he needs a fast acting jutsu to do so, Jiraiya quickly focuses his water chakra in his mouth and spits out a dense torrent of water which effectively creates a near instantaneous barricade of water against the incoming explosive kunai.

Since the water torrent is launched directly in front of Jiraiya it pushes back the kunais towards the direction of Hiryu (Who is right now headed towards Jiraiya's direction behind the tags) and may detonate producing explosion closer to Hiryu rather than Jiraiya producing a scatter of a part of water while remaining water from the torrent continues towards Hiryu because of the huge amount of water and wide range of the jutsu.

As soon as Jiraiya released the water torrent, he lands over the ground due to gravity and in the same motion as he landed, Jiraiya slams his hands on the ground while focusing his earth chakra and creates a pillar of earth in front of him which rises at high speed, from right below Hiryu and slams him from beneath pinning him over the top of the pillar. The pillar is cuboid, erected 5 meters tall and 5 meters length on all sides.

As i notice with my Byakugan, Jiraiya beginning to perform his water jutsu i cancel molding chakra to my feet and slam my hands on the ground allowing me to summon a massive amount of water in the sky before thusting it upon jiraiya as jiraiya rise from his rising water pillar making it a shorter amount of time to counter as both you and the mass of water travel towards each other. I then knead earth chakra while making contact with the ground to cause a pillar of earth to rise from below Jiraiya at high speeds pushing jiraiya to the mass of water falling towards him to ensure his demise.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.

As soon as the clone is created, he quickly breathes a powerful stream of fire from his mouth towards Hiryu.

The moment Hiryu notices that he is unable to move and is surrounded by chakra, it reminds him of a similar incident in the past allowing him to successfully deduct that he has been reversed summoned into the stomach of a toad since Hiryu has been in the same situation after previously fighting a toad summoning contract signer. At this point, knowing that none of his jyuken techniques will be successful, Hiryu begins to knead fire chakra inside himself before spewing a massive stream of flames from his mouth covering the entire area before him in flames, burning the flesh and his opponent before he is crushed by the stomach of the toad.

As the fire hits the toad's stomach, both Jiraiya and Hiryu are sent back to the original dimension (and mid range from each other). As soon as this happens Jiraiya performs a single hand seal(earth specialty) while focusing his earth chakra and quickly changes ground in front of him into a swamp.

The swamp is created few feet in front of Jiraiya and up to 10 meters behind Hiryu.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

As soon as Hiryu is caught in the swamp, Jiraiya, in quick motion reaches for his backpack and throws 3 explosive tag kunai towards Hiryu which will detonate on contact.
