kakashi uses opponents firestyle as a distraction to use underground no jutsu
sasuke baits haku to dodge kunai to follow it up with a fast low kick speed.
sasuke baits orochi with kunai to trap him into windmill fire release.
consistently baits with substitution jutsu to force ninja to lose focus (my favorite tbh)
sasuke fire release hiding his shurikens to distract him for sasuke to get close to him.

Made this thread to show that distractions and baits are allowed to help make impossible become possible. such as casting genjutsu on sensors, using projectiles as bait to close in on opponent, use your opponents jutsus as a cover to counter. etc
