I thought that too. I thought it would be Mitsuki. But seeing the derpy, Kuroko-ish Mitsuki, I sighed at Sarada's chances of winning my heart. Maybe if she lessens that tsundere-ish Sakura-reminiscent trait.

Can you post the specific page you are referring to. I did a quick look throughout the fight and it doesn't look to me that Neji had trouble, he simply remarked that he is faster.

if I were a Hyuuga though, I wouldn't train to invest on my precognition skills. I would invest more on tenketsu target training and Jyuuken flex. Say, sure my Byakugan grants me precog or whatever, but I would prefer to utilise it in pinpointing my foe's tenketsu.
I think their precog abilities would differ greatly with one another. Then again, maybe Byakiugan's precog is a retcon since the Hyuuga Neji didn't show such feat. Or maybe he was overwhelmed.

In DB Super a fodder like Android 17 was keeping up with full power Goku which came out of thin air. So expect retcons and such. Which is why I don't hold crackpot theories being proven correct as an achievement. I mean if studios can make characters like Krillin and 17 competitive with full power Goku thr same thing will happen here as well. The same DB Super in manga is more consistent and logical. Which is why I prefer manga over anime

Crackpot? Lol don't be like that. Sasuke himself said seeing Chakra was the root of the power over 10 years ago. This is just confirmation for Uchiha stans who refuse to use common sense in regards to that very clear-cut statement.

This also means Byakugan > Rennigan > Sharingan in terms of precognition since Byakugan can see the entire network, Rennigan can see the 8 Gates, and Sharingan can't see anything
