I expected more rational answer from him. He is exactly everything Itachi didn't want him to be. "Erase the past?" >_> I thought this war and previous battles in Team 7 taught him something...now he decices to become the sorce of hatred! At this rate, the winner is obvious.

Like kishi said 'sasuke is pure'. He doesn't care what people think about him, just do what he want to do. Of course naruto will be the winner since this manga titled naruto, but the most interisting char development in this manga goes to sasuke.

What do you mean Sasuke has the most interesting character development? Dude has literally no character development. He hasn't developed a single bit from the beginning of the series, he hasn't learned a single thing from all the wise men and women he spoke to over the years. Dude's even more blind than when he left Konoha. While both Naruto's and Sasuke's views are bullshit, at least Naruto's developed, his views and his beliefs and his attitude's changed over the course of the series, whereas Sasuke's still the same angsty whiny emo teen.

On that I agree with you. It's annoying that he even doesn't learn anything from his brother! At first when he decided to join the Alliance and declared of his Revolution, it seemed that Sasuke developed a bit, but now it's all over again. At the beginning, he hated Itachi, now he wants to become the hatred itself...-_-

RIGHT ON - I agree 100%! Naruto is very naive if he thinks the tailed beasts will be safe from capture. There will always be those who want to capture them for their power to use them. These two are going to have to come up with a plan that effectively deals with the tailed beasts. They can't just "be free" and they can't be destroyed either. There has to be a third way.
