Disappearing Justu

I wonder how some ninjas could simply disappear when they want to avoid fight. Example in Naruto vol35 ch309. You can see Sasuke, Oro, and Kabuto could just disappear like that.
If it's posibble to do it, why don't Deidara and Sasori just do that disappearing thing when they brought Gaara from Suna? Even Madara must use his space time ninjutsu to retreat with Sasuke when Naruto, Kakashi n Sakura approached them.

I also find it weird when watching the anime (volume 43). That time, Kabuto was already caught in Yamato's wood. How could he suddenly disappeared from it?

That's the only thing I don't really get from Naruto manga. I mean, such thing is cool but doesn't really make sense to me. ;|

It's believed to be either of the three

Body Flicker / Clone / Reverse Summon

But it's most likely the body flicker, Kakashi does it a lot, like when Naruto is training to learn RasenShuriken, and he's trying to cut the waterfall with Wind Element, Kakashi appears next to him in less than a second and hands him the basket of soldier pills that Sakura made (Thing is though he wasn't near the pills either, meaning he went from his location > To the pills > To Naruto, within such a short amount of time)

It could probably be a clone or body flicker. His own could also be different cos he has lots of hidden techniques up his sleeves.
