It's really good to watch, but for those who don't ill sum it up.

Dinesh makes the assertion to the claim of white privilege that why would we start at white folks for having privileges through "stolen wealth" when classically that was how wealth was acquired.

Ex. When two tribes of indians fought each other, the winning tribe took claim over the area. Basically are liberals really suggesting that we go back in history and un-do all past wrongs? Or just with white folks?

He also proves the liberal white kid a hyprcrite. He asks the kid if he benefits from white privilege. The kid says yes. He then tells the kid that if he was truly worried about minorities, he would drop out of the college he is attending and give his spot to a minority student. The kid supports affirmative action but wouldn't give up his own spot.

Typical liberal mindset. They want others to abide by their ideology but only as long as they themselves won't be affected.

Well you can't right the wrongs of two groups that got wiped the **** out, were stripped of their identity and land, then moved to reservations can you?

Can you even give your spot up to a specific individual?

Don't look at the person. Take into consideration the words he's saying no matter the source.

If we are going to harp about white privilege, what you want is reparations in one form or another.

He poses the question... do we go back through history and set everyone equal based on past transgressions? Or just for white folks?

He says another truth as well. There are two options to view the world.

The conservative way where we just set equal rights under the law and let the chips fall where they may

Or the more liberal view of going back to try and fix past wrongs at liberals own discretions.

As for ol dude above you. I call them indians because they are no more native to america than myself. They crossed the bearing strait to get here. Native means they originated here. They didn't

But is music subjective? The term subjective refers to any quantity for which appreciation by the individual is the only measurement. Nothing however fits this description because all quantities relate to something external to the individual; either events in reality, objects or concepts which in some way relate to elements of reality. The idea of subjectivity is in itself totally flawed. Even a priori conceptions are not subjective because they are intuitive and thus not properties of the individual, but pre-exist the individual. This calls to mind the troubling term “appreciation” which implies a type of preference, an action which itself requires an external referent, and also seems a typically human dishonest approach in that to “appreciate” implies enjoying something for its own sake only for the purpose of gatekeeping approval. That way, the individual can say “I recognized that truth, but I only appreciate this notion,” implying a truth-optional and reality-optional outlook. Obviously then the term “subjective” exists as a pre-emptive argument in defense of a choice rather than the reason for the choice itself.

What did I tell you about using a made up definition of subjective.

Subjective means prone to different interpretation. No where in the definition of subjective does it say that for something to be subjective, that individual enjoyment is "the only measure".

Music is subjective because it isn't measured. You can measure bpm but that doesn't necessarily reflect enjoyment garnered by the listener.

Finally dumbass, people come into music seeking different thing out of it.

Your pretentious ass listens to hear about troubles or whatever bullshit. I listen for various reasons depending on the genre ( pantera/log for the riffs and groove, rap usually for word play or beats, metalcore because they have the best screamers) if there is a skill involved I enjoy it.

Because we search for different things out if music, it is by definition subjective. Stay wrong though.

As a full blooded Native American please shut up. It hurts my brain reading such nonsense. Also please learn your terms.

Indians- A native or inhabitant of India, or a person of Indian descent.
Native American- A member of any of the indigenous peoples of the Americas.

Also you should probably learn what "White privilege" really means...

I am native to america. I originated and grew here, therefore I am a full blooded native american.

To me "native americans" are no more native than anyone else who was born here. Their people still had to cross the ocean to get here Just like everyone else.

You're a full blooded asian

I don't...what LMFAO. I didn't believe such stupidity existed...

Please for the love of god pick up a book. Facts matter. Every race migrated at some point in history. Just because you "grew here" in this generation don't make you a Native American and to think so is just plain ignorance.

No B!tch you pick up a book.

The indians crossed the bearing strait from asia to come to america.

The definition of indigenous is having originated and grown in a place. That describes my white ass just as much as it describes them.

My descendants are european, yours are asian... but we're both native to america.

I call you indians because native american is a dumbass made up term to try and make me feel like I don't belong here or i'm not native to this land.

Don't look at the person. Take into consideration the words he's saying no matter the source.

If we are going to harp about white privilege, what you want is reparations in one form or another.

The only reparation blacks are asking for is to stop being murdered in cold blood by the police and to have an equal chance in the US. Dinesh D'Souza is an idiot because he made a book and movie about his opinions on what Obama is going to do(Which is completely false) and tried to pass it off as facts. The dude tried to say because Obama met his father for a few months, that shaped Obama's entire life and all of his world views. The reach was so strong it was palpable through the text in the book.

He poses the question... do we go back through history and set everyone equal based on past transgressions? Or just for white folks?

In terms of American history, whites have committed an overwhelming amount of injustices. It literally isn't even a debate. That isn't to say no other race has committed a crime against humanity at all either.

He says another truth as well. There are two options to view the world.

The conservative way where we just set equal rights under the law and let the chips fall where they may

Or the more liberal view of going back to try and fix past wrongs at liberals own discretions.

Where are you getting any of this? What you're proposing is that we forget the past because it doesn't suit your agenda. The liberals are saying remember the past because that shit happened and we can't let that happen again. The only time conservatives want to remember the past is 9/11 and The Alamo. :lol

As for ol dude above you. I call them indians because they are no more native to america than myself. They crossed the bearing strait to get here. Native means they originated here. They didn't

We're all Native Africans then. Everyone shares a common ancestor, so why are you even sweating it?

So you resort to calling names like the spoiled little white boy you are? Is calling me a B%tch supposed to be intimidating?

Also as of 2015 and due to carbon dating the "bearing straight" theory is being questioned. Because due to carbon dating they are discovering their were people here BEFORE people crossed over here.So no proof honestly exist to prove either party right. So ya know maybe it's not I that needs to read.

Indigenous: Originating or occurring naturally in a particular place; native
Last time I checked History Europeans originated in Europe, so since you claim that you are of European descent you can't be Indigenous to the Americas since you know, you came here on ships. You didn't occur NATURALLY in the Americas so you are NOT Indigenous. How can you make your own definition of a word is beyond me seriously?

You call us Indians because you are a spoiled uneducated white kid who can't use proper terms that apply to people. Judging by the region and or tribe we all use the term differently. We don't use Indian..We use American Indian or Native American. Please for the love of god educate yourself. I fear for when you grow up and enter the adult world. Oh and btw the term "Native American" was coined by the US government. Not us as a people,

You really don't belong there, same as other white people like you and Trump who think that they own the country they immigrated to. Whites are just immigrants from Europe, you ain't native you're just a descendant immigrant.

"What did I tell you about using a made up definition of subjective."
It's not made up.

"Finally dumbass, people come into music seeking different thing out of it."
Yes, some seek cheap entertainment. Some seek to be ironic. Some genuinely want a good musical experience.

"Your pretentious ass listens to hear about troubles or whatever bullshit."
lol no.

"( pantera/log for the riffs and groove,"
lol'd you looking in the wrong place m8. Pantera has terrible riffs. LoG is boring. Adler is a good drummer though.

"rap usually for word play or beats"
Rap is a weak genre, musically. It's why it's wallowing in trends.

"metalcore because they have the best screamers)"
Apart from a few exceptions, metalcore vocalists are generally bad because they have poor technique.

"if there is a skill involved I enjoy it."
Skill is just one part of music.

"Stay wrong though."
