Difference in Kakashis kamui and Obitos kamui

Obito can grant parts of his body intangible without the risk of self harm, while Kakashi can do something similar, it's not the same. Kakashi merely used an attack jutsu as a defense jutsu because he had to.

Example: Naruto uses Rasengan targeting Obito/Kakashi's right arm.

Obito: Kamui's arm, making it intangible and counter attacks with same arm once tangibility is restored.
Kakashi: Kamui's arm, losing that arm and bleeding out.

Verdict- Kakashi can only teleport his WHOLE body to Kamui deminsion, others wise he'd mutilate himself.

I have seen many idiots in narutobase since i entered. When i got a chance to enter here, i really found how stupid they really are.

They think that obitos kamui and kakahis kamui are same but they prefer to use it differently. Meaning that obito can use long range kamui but doesnt use because he doesnt want to!!! wtf!!

During my time on the base, I have not seen ONE person say that.(doesnt mean they didnt. Just that if someone does think that way, they are a minority.

Now obito has shown that his kamui can at least have effects long range(cancelling kakashis kamui on gedo mazou).

Other than that he has not shown any ability to use long range kamui.

Right eye. Short range and intangibility.
Left eye. Short range and long range.


And im not denying that there are lots of idiots/trolls/character worshipers on NB.

I always believed they are different. They are just linked - Obito saw how Rin died through Kakashi and both share the same dimension - because Obito awakened the Sharingan and it never reverts back to the normal eye. But even Obito said that Kakashi awakened MS. It's from one set of eyes so they share the same pattern. The difference in the use of kamui between the two are so stark, it's convincing that they are different.

However, there's this possibility that Kakashi could learn Obito's intangibility if the eyes were the same (I am hoping for this! Kakashi would be so cool!) But until Kakashi can display that ability, you cannot convince me otherwise

Wrong. Kakashi warps whatever is in his "black hole" so to speak while Obito PHASES whatever he touches. Hence why Kakashi's rips limbs off while Obito's doesn't and why Kakashi can't phase parts of his body to keep from being hit.

Obito has his Right eye which provides Defensive Kamui or Intagibility while Kakashi has Obito's Left Eye which has the power of Warping Distant Objects or Offensive Kamui.

Each Mangekyou Sharingan eye has different Abilities. Like Amaterasu & Tsukuyomi for Itachi. When both eyes are mastered a new power called Susano'o is unlocked. That's it.

P.S. - If Obito/Kakashi had both eyes, the usage of Kamui will be twice as fast and the user would be able to teleport themselves as well as long range objects.
