Obito has his Right eye which provides Defensive Kamui or Intagibility while Kakashi has Obito's Left Eye which has the power of Warping Distant Objects or Offensive Kamui. Each Mangekyou Sharingan eye has different Abilities. Like Amaterasu & Tsukuyomi for Itachi. When both eyes are mastered a new power called Susano'o is unlocked. That's it. P.S. - If Obito/Kakashi had both eyes, the usage of Kamui will be twice as fast and the user would be able to teleport themselves as well as long range objects.
