As we have seen in both anime nd manga dat most of the kage have lent d affinity of there villages gaara d best sand user,onoki nd earth manipulates anything earth, raikage wears his lightning nd mei knows her mist but none of d hokage has manipulated fire cos if they had it wld be their 1st tech nd best i mean 1st uses wood nd also his best, 2nd water,3rd i think earth nt sure nd d 4th lightning 4 his most deadly ftg please why nt fire nd leaf explanation please

Just because they're from the fire country that doesn't mean they're gonna be born with a fire affinity they don't use it cos they can't thts it..Gaara doesn't use wind either neither did his father

The 3rd have fire and earth. It is not necessary they have affinity for their village, only the raikages,tsucikages & mizukages have been shown having affinity w/ their country. Only gaara w/ sand & 3rd hokage w/ fire.
