Nowhere has the manga implied the Chakra of the Bijuu are requirement for Rikudou Sennin Mode. Because if it was then Naruto wouldn't need to ask for Shukaku for his Chakra, when it's already intact with his mode. Or he wouldn't ask the Five Tails for its Chakra, when it's intact automatically with his mode. Therefore, the mode came from Hagoromo gifting him his Sage Mode.

Naruto becomes a pseudo Juubi Jin as shown when he gets TSB. Juubi was awakened by taking in a tiny bit of Kuruma and Hachibi.

Ashura's Chakra didn't exist within Hashirama, as it reincarnated to Naruto after his death. So, his Rinnegan came from Hagoromo's Yin Chakra.

Hashirama's DNA (Partial amounts of Yang) and the massive Yin, lead to the awakening of the Rin'negan, albeit with Tomoe. The awakening of the tomoe on top of the normal Rin'negan is likely due to the overwhelming amount of Yin from Hagoromo and we know that the Tomoe's in this manga are a representation of Yin, as the Uchiha's Sharingan have it as does the Juubi's Dojutsu, and those both represent Yin. It hastened the mutation since Madara had much less Rikudou chakra overall whereas Sasuke's was in abundance and mixed, but it was dominantly Yin, with a bit of Yang, enough to awaken the Rin'negan. Madara himself stated Sasuke awakened the Rin'negan. And to say he can't access the full power is fallacious. He accessed Bansho Tenin (pulling the CT's), Chibaku Tensei, both Deva Paths, Outer Path to absorb the Bijuu's chakra and Preta Path against Naruto. That's more than enough sample evidence to conclude that he can use all the Paths on top of Amenotejikara.

Sasuke only get half of of HAgoromo power so he only get 1 rinnegan

Then why the tomoe? The sosp can be divided into having two abilities...
1.) Eye power (Yin/Rinnegan/Doujutsu)
And 2.) Body Power (Yang/Sage Mode/ Senjutsu)

If Sasuke has the power of only one Rinnegan, that would be inferring that he has only 1/4th of the Sages power, which would be in direct conflict with the manga which has clearly stated that he has HALF of the power of the sosp

Um no. He wouldnt have gotten to that point until he had a tiny bit of each. The juubi couldnt awaken until he had gotten a tiny bit of Kuruma and Hachibi.

What does this even mean? Did he not actively talk with Kuruma once they become friends when they fought. This proves nothing.

dont listen to butthurt clowns who say he didnt awaken it. yes he did awaken it due to getting hagos yin chakra (and perhaps from some hashiramas cells). manga has established hagos chakra is the reqirement in awakening the rinegan, madara got that by mixing indra and ashuras chakra. on the other hand sasuke got half of that chakra from the man himself hence it sped up the process massively making hes left Ems eye change to rinnegan. hagoromo didnt give him the rinnegan physically, what he gave him was hes chakra which is what allowed sasuke awaken that rinnegan. even madara acknowledge sasuke did
