Kaguya Otsutsuki=Sharingan+Rinnegan+Byakugan+Dead-bone pulse

Hagoromo Otsutsuki=Sharingan+Rinnegan

Hamura Otsutsuki=Byakugan+Dead-bone pulse

removing the assumption that the Ootsutsuki from Kaguya's age were aliens. Then it's the fact that Toneri's generation of Otsutsuki are greatly diluted compared to Kaguya, Hagoromo,and Hamura.

It could be that Kaguya after eating the fruit was a very different being compared to the rest of the humans on the planet.

Their are two branches of otsutsuki/hyuga, the original otsu members (Before kaguya) probably had bone release same as given the possibility that she was a hybrid of both before fruit. Makes sense, The last did say that the otsutsuki had a main & a branch family too. The branch family used the tenseigan to kill the main family. Main deference with otsu an hyuga is probably the genetic mutation of human dna, most likely with hamura choosing a human mate which resulted in kaguya/hyuga. After he left with the rest of the otsu members he mated within the clan which resulted in toneri generation who all sacrificed thier eyes for tenseigan.

The original hyuga/otsu members before the genesis of kaguya is wats interesting.
