Diedara vs Tobi (no rinnengan)

Deidara is my favourite caracter in the series but Tobi dogded deidaras strongest atack with his space time ninjutsu so I think he would win but ifTobi doesn't know how C4 works than maybe deidara would win

xd ok guys, but are u saying Konan > Diedara? or it all had to do with the whole "sea of paper bombs" but would tobi get injured if he tries to absorb explosions? how would he escape the bombs with a 5min limit of "intangibility"?

Tobi easily. The only way to counter Tobi's phasing/teleporting is to have s/t jutsu as well and Deidara doesn't have that. The only reason Konan damaged him was because of the big amount of prep she had to make that paper person of god jutsu.

Konan prepared for Tobi's attack, that's the only reason she had so many tricks. And still, Tobi won. So in this instance, I'm gonna cast my vote for Tobi with ease.

Deidara does not have the continuous mass explosions that are required to do what konan did. His only hope would be to plant some explosive bugs on tobi and hope to counter.

no one is saying konan is better than diedara. the reason konan almost killed tobi is because she had the element of surprise tobi knows all of diedara's techs and he just has to warp some where until diedara runs out of clan then diedara's done!!!
