Hey guys, how do you report somebody for negging and verbally attacking me via messages?

As far as acquiring negative reputation, in regards to abuse, please report the user via one of his/her posts.
Administrators are the only staff members who can truly confirm how excessive/harsh some instances may be. Also, they are the only staff members who can remove/reverse negative reputation, so, no matter what occurs, they will be involved.
Blatant instances of rudeness, such as uncensored profanity via a reputation comment can be dealt with by a moderator, however, we must have actual proof of any such issues before we can do anything. Screenshots can be of good service.

General Note to Everyone: all VMs and PMs can be reported and will be dealt with as they come up.​

I checked your rep history though and I found only one recent message from that guy you mentioned. Where were the other posts? can you report them?
