is it just me or is the madara bio far too OP. madara is clearly in the top 3 Most powerful ninja in the manga, and yet the bio has no restrictions whatsoever.

Pros:

all jutsu can be used without seals
teleportation is extremely fast and not limited in any way.
Phasing is just as fast as teleportation and not limited in any way.


Cons:

yeah you have to take a test, but you have to take a test for a pein bio as well and it has restrictions.

no one would take a madara bio test if they couldn't have ems, as that is the sole purpose of getting one.
