No, there is evidence that says someone from the US government set explosives on the levi during hurricane katrina which exploded it. Look it up. Scientists even found explosive powder there. Thats where most of the disaster of hurricane katrina came from. Not to mention the governemnt had to pay lots of money to rebuild that city.
