Actually I kinda didn't lol, he was becoming a complete psychopathic prick, in the end he got what he deserved, even though he wanted to bring justice to the world by constantly killing criminals was still a bad method, he was putting people in constant fear, and robbing them of their own will.

Since not everyone intentially becomes a criminal, Anyone could have their own reason for doing things. His way was wrong in the end, not to mention he used people to achieve his goals which was the biggest douchebagery he could've pulled lol

But his death was quite sad to watch nonetheless lol

I did feel a little bad.... Maybe for a couple of moments.... I even felt sympathetic towards him.... But then I realized he deserved it after all he had done throughout the series.... So I didn't feel bad for him anymore.... =D =D

I felt bad.

When he sees himself walking with the Death Note from the first episode, I always see it like he's wishing he could just go back to the beginning. It's like he's feeling a ton of regret at that moment, not that he didn't defeat Near, but that he let himself become corrupted by his genius and power.

Wanting to be redeemed, only for it to be too late and then to be cast aside like nothing by Ryuk. He even died alone with nobody caring and like an animal, running off to die on his own. The whole thing is just tragic, no matter how far he fell

He was such wasted potential and you get the feel that at the beginning he really did have the best intentions but he really did lose his way. As a genius elite model he already had the potential to look down on people and the second there was somebody to challenge his superior intellect, things got nasty and it turned into a competition, not a cause.

I followed Light Yagami as the hero right up until he killed Niaomi. The fact that he had such fun and seemed to enjoy finding a way to kill an innocent person. She wasn't a criminal, she was just doing her job- if Light had been truly good as he said he was, he would've hated having to kill an innocent bystander- not see it as a game. That's when I began to see him as Kira, not Light Yagami.

We all felt bad for him, don't lie.
But we all know he deserved that end, so don't cry.
