When this happend to my brother he stopped smoking for awhile he was so afraid

First quran make us muslims relax If we were afraid of something or felt down we read or listen to Quran That's not delusional.

Second He stopped smoking because it's a bad thing he thought he was about to die .

plus I don't know about the whole devil thing if it was real or not I think it's sleep paralysis too They call it Al jathom in arabic.

Don't worry about, it's impressing but not dangerous.
Do you do bad nightmare too? If you often do nightmares with dogs,snake,millitary, a demon or anything. kill him in your dream it will kill in real. If it doesn appear in dream try like forcing a dream like when you sleep again to try to continu the dream.This advice is if you do a lot of nightmare too.

If you're stuck, stay calm, begins to catch the djinn, catch him with the intent to catch it with your hands, then recites ayat alkorsi in your head until that your tongue can move.then goes on to recite aloud and continues to clench his fists to prevent the jinn to leave until he died.then recites ayat alkorsi (it bring in your head (if you doesn't know ayat alkorsi ( best verses for this) if you don't know it just repeat (euzu billahi mine seytani radjim) , if you can't ask god help as you can in your mind repeat until that your tongue can move to speak.Then goes on to recite aloud and continues to clench your hands to prevent the jinn to leave until he died.

You where sleeping in your deep sleep ans thats 3-4 hours after you fall asleep.
But when you pass that limit you will enter rem sleep and that's where we dream, rem allows you
To dream and not move around
For ab example dogs dont have rem sleep so they usually run around or bark.
But if you wake up from a rem sleep you will experience that you cant move but you are conscious
what you see and hear.
And the felling is like person is sitting on your cheat.

yes it happened to me quit a few times, but don't worry it's just play of your subconscious
since i have been through that quit a few times i can tell you it has nothing to do with ghost or anything

Hmmm, i've never experienced that. Was this only once that this happened? o.o......... that's weird.... I'm pretty sure its probably not anything to be worried about too much, only if it has pain or if it persists.
