Meh. It's just the art~ When you've gotten used to it, then it's sad.. I do remember almost crying at the end of the Jiraya arc as well now that I think of it..

No, I never cried at Naruto the saddest thing was when Asuma died and Shikamaru was crying at his house. I only cried in One Piece one Piece Is WAY SADDER than naruto. If you want an anime to cry watch Clannad. It's the best
