Gaara's childhood and then his speech to the SA
Itachi's POV of the Uchiha massacre
Minato and Kushina's death
Jiraiya's death

If I'm honest, the very first episode of Naruto gave me the feels. Naruto being the unloved, unwanted outcast kinda hit me. Also, Jiraiya's death. Neither made me cry, but just got to me. The only anime that has made me cry (that I can think of) is Yu Yu Hakusho, and two parts of Spirited Away teared me up.

I necessarily didn't cry, more of saddened or felt bad, was when Jiraiya died, when Hinata confessed(Manga was ok, but anime really made it shine), when Naruto finally met Minato, and Nagato's backstory.

In all actuality, the closest I've EVER got to crying was when Spike died in Cowboy Bebop. That...got to me.
