Quite a few times actually... To this day Jiraiya and Itachi dying in 1arc brings me to tears...

I cried when Itachi allowed himself to die.
I also cried due to laughter when Itachi solo'd Oro before he allowed himself to die.:|

Gaara's childhood almost made me, and the minato & kushina story weirdly enough in Naruto Storm 3 made me tear up. Had to fight back them tears.
