Yea, he should have, cuz he was my favorite espada. Aizen hadn't known about his Segunda etapa(Das how you spell it?), if he had i'm sure he'd have ranked him higher.

For what he demonstrate in his first form, his rank is fine.

About his 2nd form, he IMO should be 3rd. He still need to master his 2nd form, he showed little control over lanza if I remember correctly.

she flash stepped when?..can't say much for kyoraku but Yama got past him an ukitake without them even noticing an arrived at the destination they were headed.
