Actually I don't see him saying anything about using 2k shadow clones. Did he say that in the anime or something? I could just be looking at the wrong time where he used shadow clones

I looked up the page in the manga, but the translation leaves it as its Japanese name. In the anime and games, it said 2K uzamaki barrage.

That's not 1000 either.I'm not gonna count each Naruto but that is not 1000 you can tell by looking at it.Not like it matters since he makes a lot of clones anyway.Lol

Regardless of what you see, if a character claims to be able to do something, you have to accept that that's the case. For all you know, there's way more clones hiding since they'd take up to much space if they were all at the center.

Shadow clone jutsu requires chakra.
As well for bijuu mode.

he only passed kyuubi chakra to the shinobi alliance.
if he would cast both of then he can never make as much STRONG clones
with bijuu mode.

he might go up to 3 bijuu mode clones but i think these aren't strong.
and IF this theory would be possible

madara would use a hundred of perfect susano'o clones.

It was a mixture of both Naruto's and Kurama's chakra... Not only Kurama's chakra.
